The Sanctuary in the Sky is the home of the Solemn Pantheon and the Agents, along with the angels who serve beneath them. It is the sanctuary from which the rebel angels, the Dark Lords, were cast down to earth.
The Exile of She Who Fell (Session 12)
According to a fringe sect within the church of the Solemn Pantheon — described by the priest at the Temple of Venus in Pentamarone on September 23, 2026 — a being was exiled from the Sanctuary in the Sky before the war with the Dark Lords, and that exile is what spurred the Morning Star to rebel. In the version Aren had heard, she was an angel, a woman, who did something that angered the gods so much she was exiled to earth. Nobody knows her name, what she did, or whether she existed; she goes by the pseudonym She Who Fell Before the First Fall. The priest does not personally believe it.
The sect slips her into artworks as a flaming meteor — as in the mural beneath the Temple of Venus.
