Mars is the Agent of Force, one of the nine canonical Agents of the Solemn Pantheon. The Endymion Empire enforces the Agent’s worship.
The Empire’s Agent
In the library beneath the Temple of Venus in Pentamarone (Session 12), the party read that the Endymion Empire enforces worship of Mars. Pentamarone, by contrast, worships Venus — so the two neighboring powers have two different patron Agents.
Nothing else about the Agent’s depiction (including gender), clergy, or temples has yet been established.
Party Theory — a Spoil Against Force?
(Speculation, not established.) In the party’s “one Spoil per Agent” theory, the lance among the Sinful Spoils was floated as a possible mockery of Mars (or of Pluto). See Agents.
