Session 6 — The Temple on the Route (May 31, 2026)
There is a temple to Nephthys located in a higher-being magic hotspot near the party’s planned route to the White Forest. The temple is deeply significant to Drolta Amara Tzuentes, whose own temple was attacked by Lady Nectaria’s vampires.
As The Fallen travel toward the White Forest (by way of the Quandrix College campus), they plan to stop at this temple. If Lady Nectaria’s attackers remain in the area, the party means to find them.

Session 7 — The Route Confirmed & Drolta’s Past (July 15, 2026)
The Fallen committed to the temple as their next major destination — a ~6-day overland trek from Quandrix College, ostensibly a pilgrimage. Drolta shared more of her history: she was a high priestess here until a gruesome vampire attack (Lady Nectaria’s kind) killed many of the faithful while searching for something. She left, tasked with uncovering what happened, and hasn’t returned since — the chalice and the new magic now feel eerily familiar to her.
Drolta also offered to ask Nephthys for information about The Whispering One — Leif’s newly-named patron.
Session 12 — Communion Beneath the Temple of Venus (September 23, 2026)
In the basement of the Temple of Venus in Pentamarone, Drolta sensed that something in the temple’s mural of the war against the Dark Lords didn’t belong — a small flaming meteor, later tied to She Who Fell Before the First Fall. She meditated and reached out to Nephthys, who answered:
“I do not know what this is trying to invoke. The battle between the Dark Lords and the Solemn Pantheon was even before my time. There are still many mysteries about it that the higher beings are not aware of.”
Drolta then asked about a portal to another world, and beings coming through it (the party had just learned that the Great Cataclysm was caused by such a portal). Nephthys was silent for a moment.
“I cannot speak of this freely.”
”…But continue on your path.”
“Of course, my child.”
Two takeaways: the Dark Lords’ war came before Nephthys’s time, so even the higher beings don’t know all of it; and she knows something about the rift that she will not share openly.
The Temple Still Waits
The Nephthys temple remains unvisited. At the end of Session 12 the party’s choice of road is between the Temple of Nephthys and going straight to the White Forest.
